Baseball Recap: Chamberlain Comes Up Short

Chamberlain came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 9-1 to the Bloomingdale Bulls. The Storm have struggled against the Bulls recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Chamberlain saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nahz Taylor, who went 2-for-3 with one run. Dylan Wormack also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

Chamberlain's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Bloomingdale, their record now sits at 6-1.

Coming up, Chamberlain will host Lennard at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Bloomingdale, they are taking a road trip to challenge Morgan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
