Baseball Recap: Mannford Triumphs

Mannford barely beat Cleveland the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Mannford Pirates were the clear victor by a 14-1 margin over the Cleveland Tigers on Monday. The Pirates haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Cooper Ausbern, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Harvey, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

Mannford always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .531. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
