Recap: Cedar Grove Saints vs. Douglass Astros
The Cedar Grove Saints had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25 points), and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They walked away with a 57-50 victory over Douglass. The score was all tied up 22-22 at the break, but Cedar Grove was the better team in the second half.
Cedar Grove found their leader in underclassman Emmanuel Green, who scored 20 points. Dontavius Stringfield was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
