Basketball Preview: Hemingway Tigers vs. South Columbus Stallions
The Hemingway Tigers will take on the South Columbus Stallions in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Hemingway is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They walked away with a 58-46 win over Kingstree on Tuesday. The victory was some much needed relief for the Tigers as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Hemingway had a senior duo take command as Xavier Washington went 6 for 13 on his way to 14 points and eight rebounds and Jabri Pearson posted nine points in addition to six assists and three steals. Washington has been hot recently, having posted eight or more boards the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Jamer Wright, who had six points and eight rebounds.
