Volleyball Recap: Westland Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Westland saw some tournament action on Tuesday. They came up short against the Dublin Jerome Celtics, falling 3-0. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-8, 25-7.

Among those leading the charge was Audrey Taylor, who had 16 assists and three aces. She is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 15 or more in each of the last 42 games she's played dating back to last season. Player #7 also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Westland's record is now 6-17. As for Dublin Jerome, their win bumped their record up to 19-4.

Westland does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Dublin Jerome, they will face off against Newark at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Celtics surely won't give up without a fight.
