While Grant might've come up empty on Thursday, Caleb Whaley wasn't going down without a fight. Despite the defeat, Whaley was still balling out as he picked up 88 receiving yards and two TDs, and also rushed for 51 yards. He was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 58 yards.

Coming up, Whaley and Grant will venture away from home to square off against Verdugo Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Whaley will face off against Jack Iafrate, the Dons' star receiver.
