Millard South won the last time they faced Bellevue West and Emeline Myers did her part to make sure it happened again. The Patriots came out on top against the Thunderbirds by a score of 2-0 on Saturday for which the team can thank Myers, who had 15 digs and two aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted 11 or more digs the last 13 times she's played.

Millard South has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season. As for Bellevue West, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-21 record this season.

Coincidentally, Millard South and Bellevue West will both be playing Grand Island the next time they take the court. The Thunderbirds will head out to face the Islanders at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Patriots will play them later in the day, at 11:00 a.m.
