After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three games, Great Falls finally came back down to earth on Tuesday. They came up short against the Lewisville Lions, falling 8-1. The Red Devils' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Great Falls saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jayden Brown, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one RBI.

Great Falls' loss dropped their record down to 11-7. As for Lewisville, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-4 record this season.

Lewisville will welcome Chester at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Great Falls will be paying especially close attention to the Lions' contest: after the Lions faces off against the Cyclones, they'll take on Great Falls again at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
