Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Alpena's Fourth in Last Five Outings

Alpena's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top against the Pickford Panthers by a score of 2-0.

Alpena has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-12-2 record this season. As for Pickford, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-17-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, Alpena and Pickford will both be playing Hillman the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will host the Tigers at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Panthers will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
