Softball Recap: Hodgdon Takes a Loss

After flying high against Fort Fairfield on Thursday, Hodgdon came back down to earth. The Hawks fell just short of the Central Aroostook Panthers by a score of 12-11 on Monday. The Hawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Panthers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Hodgdon's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Central Aroostook, the win keeps they at an undefeated 5-0.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hodgdon will face off against rival Wisdom at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Central Aroostook is set to take on their familiar foe Ashland at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
