Sedgwick strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They never let the Chase County Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. The Cardinals might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight matches by six runs or more this season.

Sedgwick pushed their record up to 15-0 with the win, which was their 17th straight at home dating back to last season. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Chase County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sedgwick will venture away from home to take on Bennington on Friday. As for Chase County, they will head out to challenge Osage City at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
