Lewis & Clark barely beat Central Valley the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers put the hurt on the Bears with a sharp 5-1 victory on Friday. Lewis & Clark might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by three goals or more this season.

They hit Central Valley with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Cyrille Wangama (2), Hank Bishopp, Ezra Jensen, and Owen Armstrong.

Lewis & Clark is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That somehow still isn't as good as their 11-1-1 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 34 goals over those eight contests. As for Central Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.

Lewis & Clark and Central Valley should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings. The Tigers (ranked 19th) will meet Mt. Spokane (ranked 71st) at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Central Valley will face off against University at 6:30 p.m. on Friday with a big rank advantage (105 vs. 211).
