Basketball Recap: Loganville Christian Academy's Win Ends Seven-Game Losing Streak at Home

Loganville Christian Academy had to endure a five-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They walked away with a 61-51 victory over the Victory Baptist Warrior on Monday.

Victory Baptist's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Eric Banks Jr, who posted 12 points and eight boards. That's the most rebounds Banks Jr has posted since back in November of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Brayden Jameson, who had seven points and eight boards.

Loganville Christian Academy's win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-13. As for Victory Baptist, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-8.

Loganville Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Riverside Military Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Loganville Christian Academy is facing Riverside Military Academy at the right time seeing as Riverside Military Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Victory Baptist, they will welcome Georgia Force Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
