Baseball Recap: Omaha North Comes Up Short

Omaha North lost against Papillion-LaVista South back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Vikings fell 6-2 to the Titans.

Omaha North saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Markham, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.

Omaha North's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Papillion-LaVista South, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-3.

Omaha North didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 12-2 loss against Millard South on the 21st. As for Papillion-LaVista South, they have also already played their next game, a 13-1 victory against Elkhorn South on the 19th.
