After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Unity Christian, Rock River United was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win two weeks ago.

Rock River United's victory bumped their record up to 5-1-1. As for HomeSchool Resource Center, they moved to 20-10-3 with that loss, which also ended their three-match winning streak.

Looking ahead, Rock River United will face off against Calumet Christian at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for HomeSchool Resource Center, they have already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against SWCHA S on the 11th.
