Recap: Poway vs. Rancho Bernardo
On Wednesday, Poway came up short against Rancho Bernardo and fell 3-1.

Poway's loss dropped their record down to 5-8-7. As for Rancho Bernardo, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-10-5.
Poway will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Fallbrook at 7:00 p.m. Fallbrook's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for eight straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Rancho Bernardo, they will head out on the road to square off against San Pasqual at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
