Juneau-Douglas won the last time they faced Sitka and Cambry Lockhart did her part to make sure it happened again. The Crimson Bears blew past the Wolves 3-0 on Friday for which the team can thank Lockhart, who had 15 digs and four aces. She has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more digs the last four times she's played.

One reason for the win was Juneau-Douglas' just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-21, 25-15.

Juneau-Douglas' victory bumped their record up to 22-18-7. As for Sitka, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 18-20-9.

Juneau-Douglas will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Wolves: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday.
