Soccer Recap: Lakeland Takes a Loss

Lakeland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 3-1 to the Sandpoint Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Sandpoint this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-1 back in September.

Lakeland's goal came courtesy of Ethan Hunt, who's now up to 11 this season.

Lakeland's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7-1. As for Sandpoint, their win bumped their record up to 10-3-2.

Coming up, Lakeland will venture away from home to challenge Moscow at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Sandpoint, they will host Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
