Soccer Game Preview: Rochester vs. Forks

Rochester is a perfect 3-0 against Forks since April of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. Rochester will be playing in front of their home fans against Forks at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Rochester is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against Hoquiam on Wednesday. Rochester and Hoquiam finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, Forks came up short against Montesano on Wednesday, falling 5-1. The loss continues a trend for Forks in their meetings with Montesano: they've now lost five in a row.

With that draw, Rochester's record moves to 5-2-1. As for Forks, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Rochester came out on top in a nail-biter against Forks in their previous matchup back in May of 2016, sneaking past 2-1. Will Rochester repeat their success, or does Forks has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
