Basketball Recap: Mt. Zion Prep Academy Blue Comes Up Short

Mt. Zion Prep Academy Blue was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took an 89-70 bruising from the Clinton Grace Christian Eagles.

Mt. Zion Prep Academy Blue's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Clinton Grace Christian, they pushed their record up to 11-6 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mt. Zion Prep Academy Blue will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rosedale Christian Academy at 8:00 p.m. on January 24th. As for Clinton Grace Christian, they will square off against Charlestown at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
