Soccer Recap: Desert Hills Starts off Right with Win over Hunter

Desert Hills took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Hunter Wolverines, sneaking past 3-2. This was payback for the Thunder, who suffered a 1-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

They hit Hunter with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alex John, Todd Simister, and Max Udy.

This is the second loss in a row for Hunter and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Desert Hills has already played their next matchup, a 5-3 defeat against Bountiful on the 7th. As for Hunter, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Pleasant Grove on the 8th.
