Football Game Preview: King City vs. St. Francis

St. Francis have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on King City at 7:30 PM. St. Francis are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the matchup prepared for a fight.

While not quite a landslide, the match between St. Francis and Harker two weeks ago was still a pretty decisive one as St. Francis wrapped it up with a 28-10 win. No one put up better numbers for St. Francis than senior Andy O' Rourke, who brought his A game into the match. He rushed for 139 yards and 1 touchdown. In fact, with 14 tackles O' Rourke was a force on both sides of the ball.

Meanwhile, after having lost a blowout in their contest two weeks ago against Christopher, King City were happy to find some success last Friday. King City took their contest against Santa Cruz by a conclusive 28-6 score.

Their wins bumped St. Francis to 3-1 and King City to 2-2. While both teams are coming in off of wins, only one will triumph this week. Who will it be ? Check back in with MaxPreps after the game is over for details.
