Sedgwick County had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Ignacio Bobcats on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Cougars as they're now sitting on three straight.

Lainee Nein paced Sedgwick County's offense, picking up ten kills. Nein really made an impact as she also led the team in assists with 13. She was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Sedgwick County's victory bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Ignacio, the loss snapped their winning streak at three matches and leaves them with a 21-5 record.

Sedgwick County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-2 defeat against Denver Christian on the 13th. As for Ignacio, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Wiggins on the 14th.
