North Boone won the last time they faced Winnebago and things went their way on Monday too. The Vikings walked away with an 8-5 win over the Indians. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Vikings.

North Boone's victory bumped their record up to 20-4. As for Winnebago, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-7.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. North Boone is set to square off against their familiar foe Stillman Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Vikings 3.1, the Cardinals 3) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Winnebago will face off against rival Lutheran at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
