Softball Recap: Morse Comes Up Short

After flying high against Mount View last Saturday, Morse came back down to earth. The Shipbuilders lost 12-6 to the Westbrook Blue Blazes on Saturday.

Morse now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Westbrook, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Morse will square off against Leavitt at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Westbrook, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-1 win against Cony on the 18th.
