Volleyball Game Preview: Peru Tigers vs. Huntington North Vikings

The Peru Tigers will head out to challenge the Huntington North Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Peru is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

Peru lost 3-0 to Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger on Saturday.

Peru was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-23, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Huntington North didn't have quite enough to beat Fort Wayne Northrop on Monday and fell 3-2. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Huntington North took Fort Wayne Northrop into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking seven-point loss. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-22, 23-25, 25-17, 15-8.

Huntington North's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Peru, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
