Volleyball Recap: Arp Comes Up Short

Arp's tournament run continued when they took on Diboll on Friday. The Tigers fell just short of the Lumberjacks by a score of 2-1.

Kinley Schminkey paced Arp's offense, picking up five kills. Schminkey got some help from Landry Langley and her nine assists. Bree Golden controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Arp now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Diboll, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Arp will challenge Nacogdoches at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Diboll, they will take on Robinson at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Rockets will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Lumberjacks surely won't give up without a fight.
