Soccer Recap: Center Line Wins Going Away Against Roseville

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Monday. Center Line put the hurt on Roseville with a sharp 8-0 victory. That eight goal margin sets a new team best for Center Line this season.

The win (which was Center Line's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Roseville, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Center Line wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 4-1 defeat against Hazel Park on the 27th. As for Roseville, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Clair at 6:00 p.m. on September 8.
