Basketball Recap: Stoneham Takes a Loss

Stoneham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 36-23 to the Wakefield Memorial Warriors. The matchup marked the Spartans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Stoneham's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Wakefield Memorial, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-4 record this season.

Stoneham will face off against Watertown at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wakefield Memorial, they will take on Billerica Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
