Softball Recap: Ridgeview Takes a Loss

Ridgeview lost against Tocoi Creek back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Ridgeview fell just short of Tocoi Creek by a score of 5-4. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Ridgeview's record now sits at 3-8. As for Tocoi Creek, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-5.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Ridgeview Panthers take on Baker County Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Baker County's pitching crew has only allowed 2.3 runs per game this season, so Ridgeview's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Tocoi Creek, they will host St. Augustine at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Tocoi Creek is facing St. Augustine at the right time seeing as St. Augustine is stuck on an 11-game losing streak.
