Pavilion won the last time they faced Perry and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Golden Gophers came out on top against the Yellowjackets by a score of 14-9. The victory was familiar territory for the Golden Gophers, who have now won six contests in a row.

Pavilion's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.4 runs over those games. As for Perry, they now have a losing record of 7-8.
