Whitney extended their postseason success on Friday against Del Oro. Their defense stepped up to hand the Del Oro Golden Eagles a 1-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Dante Dukes, who's now up to five this season.

Whitney's record is now 12-4. As for Del Oro, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.

Coming up, Whitney will take on Pitman at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Pitman will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something Whitney surely won't give up without a fight. Del Oro does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
