Volleyball Recap: Contreras Comes Up Short

Contreras and Port of Los Angeles squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Contreras had to settle for second. They fell 3-1 to the Polar Bears.

Contreras has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-8 record this season. As for Port of Los Angeles, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-8.

Contreras does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Port of Los Angeles, they will challenge Huntington Park at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
