The Pocomoke Warriors's four-game losing streak came to an end on Thursday. They secured a 71-66 W over Wicomico. The victory was just what Pocomoke needed coming off of a 70-46 loss in their prior game.

Pocomoke's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Zymiere Walker, who scored 21 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Ames, who scored 23 points along with five rebounds.

Pocomoke now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Wicomico, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-4 record this season.

Pocomoke will look to defend their home court on Monday against Mardela at 4:30 p.m. Mardela is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses. Wicomico won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Crisfield on January 5th.
