Baseball Game Preview: Bainbridge Spartans vs. Sequim Wolves

Bainbridge has gone 8-1 against Sequim recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Spartans will head out to take on the Wolves at 4:15 p.m. Bainbridge is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last six games.

On Wednesday, Bainbridge made easy work of Bremerton and carried off an 11-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Spartans, who have now won six contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

Meanwhile, Sequim came up short against Orting on Friday, falling 13-7.

Bainbridge's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-3-1. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.7 runs on average over those games. As for Sequim, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
