Volleyball Recap: Brady Gets the Win

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Brady had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Sutherland Sailors , sneaking past 3-2. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Brady took Sutherland into a fifth set where they got it done with a five-point win. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-13, 25-22, 19-25, 15-10.

Payton Stienike paced Brady's offense, picking up 22 kills. Stienike got some help from Kenlee Fattig and her 25 assists. Fattig was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Brady has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 21-9 record this season. As for Sutherland, their loss dropped their record down to 11-19.

As of now, neither Brady nor Sutherland have any future games scheduled.
