Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Benbrook). They were the clear victor by  a  14-4 margin over the Hooks Hornets on Friday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Bobcats with their most commanding win of the  season.
 Vance Morton made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he  pitched 1.1 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Morton was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-2 with two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Ethan Smith, who  scored four  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4.
 Benbrook  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .629. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
The  victory made it two in a row for Benbrook and  bumps their season record up to 4-1.
