Volleyball Recap: Birch Run Triumphs

Birch Run won the last time they faced Brandon and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Blackhawks by a score of 2-0.

Birch Run easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18.

Despite the loss, Brandon still got an impressive performance from Brooke Roberts, who had 16 digs.

Birch Run's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Brandon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Coming up, Birch Run will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Lakeville at 6:45 p.m. As for Brandon, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Avondale on the 28th.
