It's playoff time, and Sports Leadership & Management had no trouble coming through when it counted. They slipped by the Pine Crest Panthers 62-61 on Wednesday. That's two games straight that Sports Leadership & Management has won by just one point.

It was another big night for Ethan Taylor, who dropped a double-double with 23 points and ten rebounds. He has been hot, having posted nine or more boards the last six times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaiah Lindor, who went 5-for-11 en route to 13 points.

Sports Leadership & Management is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.7 points over those games. As for Pine Crest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 20-7.

Coming up, Sports Leadership & Management will square off against Cardinal Gibbons at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Cardinal Gibbons sitting on three straight victories and Sports Leadership & Management on six.
