Basketball Recap: Blue Mountain Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Blue Mountain can now relate to. They took a 55-41 bruising from the Pine Grove Panthers on Tuesday. The Cougars just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Blue Mountain's defeat dropped their record down to 4-18. As for Pine Grove, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 18-10 record this season.

Blue Mountain does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pine Grove, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Panthers take on the Bearcats at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Baldwyn will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Pine Grove surely won't give up without a fight.
