Basketball Game Preview: Murtaugh Red Devils vs. Glenns Ferry Pilots + How To Watch

Murtaugh is 8-2 against Glenns Ferry since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The two teams, after both having extra time off, will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court at 7:30 p.m. Murtaugh will be strutting in after a win while Glenns Ferry will be coming in after a defeat.

Murtaugh is headed into the contest after thoroughly thrashing Liberty Charter: they outscored them in every quarter. The Red Devils took down the Patriots 42-28 two weeks ago. The Red Devils haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Glenns Ferry was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 51-23 defeat at the hands of Dietrich. The matchup marked the Pilots' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Murtaugh will have to contain Natalie Truesdale as she made an impact in Glenns Ferry's last game. She dropped a double-double with 12 points and 15 boards. Glenns Ferry is 2-1 when Truesdale posts ten or more rebounds, but 3-4 otherwise.

Murtaugh's win bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Glenns Ferry, their loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
