Soccer Recap: Oconomowoc Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Oconomowoc was not quite Catholic Memorial's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Crusaders by a score of 2-1. If Oconomowoc were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to Catholic Memorial when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Oconomowoc now has a losing record of 0-1-1. As for Catholic Memorial, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oconomowoc will take on Madison West at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Catholic Memorial, they will face off against Regis Jesuit at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Regis Jesuit's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
