Volleyball Recap: Greenwood Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Greenwood managed to slip by Shallowater the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Rangers lost 3-0 to the Mustangs on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Rangers have suffered against the Mustangs since September 14, 2021.

Greenwood took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-21, 27-25.

Greenwood's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 17-9. As for Shallowater, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-7.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greenwood will face off against Andrews at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Shallowater, they will challenge Frenship at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
