David Yu Game Report: vs Mercer Island + How To Watch

Passers beware: David Yu came down with his first-ever interception on Saturday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also made six total tackles (0.5 for loss), but sadly Newport - Bellevue still had to take a 23-22 loss at the hands of Mercer Island. We hope Yu's good performance is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Yu and Newport - Bellevue will head out to challenge Inglemoor at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The last time Yu duked it out with the Vikings (back in October of 2024), the Knights came out on top by a score of 43-22. Will another strong game from Yu be enough to do it again?
