Volleyball Recap: Canyon Lake Takes a Loss

Canyon Lake saw some tournament action on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Glenn Grizzlies.

Glenn can attribute much of their success to Milan Benavides, who had eight digs and three aces. That's the most aces Benavides has posted over her last eight matches.

Canyon Lake's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Glenn, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-6.

Canyon Lake's road trip will continue as they head out to face United South at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Glenn, they will square off against Alamo Heights at 2:15 p.m. on Saturday.
