Basketball Recap: Manchester Memorial Comes Up Short

On Tuesday, the Manchester Memorial Crusaders had to suffer through a 61-21 loss at the hands of the Windham Jaguars. While losing is never fun, the Crusaders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire basketball rankings (they are ranked 71st, while the Jaguars are ranked fifth).

Manchester Memorial's loss was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Windham, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manchester Memorial will welcome Goffstown at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Manchester Memorial is facing Goffstown at the right time seeing as Goffstown is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Windham, they will be playing at home against Bedford at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
