Everything went their way against the South Ripley Raiders on Saturday as they made off with an 11-1 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Braves considering their two-run performance the contest before.
Brownstown Central got a great performance from Evan Schneider as he pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Schneider has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in five consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Dalton Reedy was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles. Those two doubles gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Grant Killey, who went 1-for-3 with three runs and one stolen base.
