It was a Battle of the Birds when North Forney challenged Richardson on Tuesday. The Falcons were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Eagles. The Falcons were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Eagles, so the Falcons were just returning the favor.

While North Forney won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 25-22.

North Forney has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. As for Richardson, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, North Forney will head out to take on Pearce at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Richardson, they will be taking part in a tournament against Randall on Thursday.
