Football Recap: Taholah Falls to Wahkiakum in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Taholah had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They were beaten by the Wahkiakum Mules 56-8. The Chitwhins were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-8.

Jayden Stoddard was nothing short of spectacular for Wahkiakum: he rushed for 64 yards and a pair of TDs, and also threw for 167 yards and three touchdowns on only six passes. Stoddard's longest rush was for an impressive 58 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Gage Robinson was in the mix too, providing Wahkiakum with two scores.
