Basketball Recap: Foley Takes a Loss

After soaring to 65 points the game before, Foley was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They lost 47-26 to the Pequot Lakes Patriots. The defeat continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Patriots: they've now lost five in a row.

Foley's loss dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Pequot Lakes, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 10-2.

Foley will take on Annandale at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Pequot Lakes, they will welcome Park Rapids at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Park Rapids knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past six matches -- so hopefully Pequot Lakes likes a good challenge.
